Tiger Woods is coming off a major win at Torrey Pines seems like he has gotten a has stride back.
Does a nice guy lead the league in scoring for three consecutive years? Does a nice guy bulldoze through the lane and dunk with fury? Does a nice guy consistently posterize opponents? When it comes to his versatile prowess and expanded game on the court, KD is not nice.

On where he would take a date in Oklahoma City:
I’m an old school type of guy, I like something simple and traditional, like a dinner and a movie. The best way to get to know someone is to have a conversation over dinner. And steak houses have a nice atmosphere…”
On the status of his dating life:
My dating scene is really slow at the moment since I’ve been focusing on basketball so much.”
If he would date someone his mother didn’t like:
Yeah! It’s all about me! I’m not saying that in a selfish way, but I can’t pass up a relationship because someone else didn’t like her. Your mom is always going to be your mom–she will always be there.”
Advice he would give a woman who is dating an athlete or someone who is constantly traveling:
Trust is a big issue. You’ve got to trust that when he’s traveling he’s thinking about you and no one else. It takes a lot of patience.”
Oh only if that were true… Kevin will be a starter in the 2013 NBA All Star Game and can also be seen in the movie ‘Thunderstruck’ in stores now.

New York Knicks baller Carmelo Anthony recently sat down with V Magazine. Interviewed by Marcus Wainwright of Rag & Bone, the star dished on fashion, his newest shoe the Melo9 and his plans after basketball. Peep the excerpts and pics below.
On how his shoes for his Melo Jordan line comes together
…I go to Portland, I meet with them at least twice. Two, three times. we come up with some ideas. we think about what’s influential at the time, whether it’s cars, whether it’s clothing, whatever it may be. And I think about what’s going on in my life, and then we go from there. we pick the fabrics and the textures, see what’s lightweight and how light we can get the shoe, and then we draw it up. so it’s almost a 10-month process.
On his plans after basketball
I definitely want to get more into fashion. Start slow with a couple of pieces and then grow a line for myself or do a collaboration with someone. I’m very big on art, I’m very big on wine. Those are the spaces that i really want to tap into, and those are some things that I love. I try not to do things that i don’t feel a genuine commitment to.
The NBA is launching a new apparel line in conjunction with adidas for teams participating in Christmas Day games. The new uni’s dubbed “Big Color” will be the first time players playing on Christmas will wear special uniforms.
NBA Executive Vice President Global Merchandising Sal LaRocca stated:
We worked with adidas to amplify our long-standing tradition of playing on Christmas Day. BIG Color gives our players an enhanced look on the court and highlights one of the most visible dates during our season with a new and exciting range of products.”
The line will also include shooting shirts and warm up jackets with availiabilty beginning November 15, although the players won’t wear the jerseys until Chritsmas Day. It will also include merch for all NBA teams (yes including the Bobcats) and jerseys will sell for $89.99 (adult), $59.99 (kids)
Personally, I get the point but not really. I like the idea of it being special edition but they are…. not attractive. Not in the vein of Pittsburgh Steelers retro jersey ugly but they are just plain. They aren’t sparkly (you know I love my sparkles), there is a great variation on color or logo. Plus, the players won’t wear the jersey’s until Christmas Day. So will the NBA Store have some kind of fire sale or maybe there will be a big marketing push prior to? I’m confused. Anywhoo..
The Christmas Day lineup includes: Boston Celtics at Brooklyn Nets, New York Knicks at L.A. Lakers, Oklahoma City Thunder at Miami Heat, Houston Rockets at Chicago Bulls and Denver Nuggets at L.A. Clippers. The games will air on either ABC or ESPN.
